Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef until fully cooked. Drain off the excess fat to keep the dish leaner. Return the skillet to medium-low heat and stir in 1 cup of chunky salsa. Cook until the mixture is heated through, then remove from heat.
