Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Mix Brownie Base: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in the granulated sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until fully incorporated.
  3. Add Flour and Vanilla: Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and vanilla extract to the cocoa mixture. Mix just until combined to avoid overmixing, which can make the brownies tough.
  4. Prepare Cheesecake Mixture: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the large egg and mix until well blended.
