Mango Layer

  • 100g mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
  • ½ banana
  • 100g yogurt

Kiwi Layer

  • ½ banana
  • 100g yogurt
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped

Berry Layers

  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 100g frozen blackberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare Mango Layer: Blitz the chopped mango with half a banana and 100g of yogurt in a blender until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly into six ice lolly moulds, insert a stick into each, and secure the sticks upright with tape on both sides. Freeze for 1 hour until set.
  2. Add Kiwi Layer: Blend the remaining half banana, 100g yogurt, and peeled, roughly chopped kiwi fruit until smooth. Pour this mixture over the set mango layer in the moulds. Freeze for another hour until set.
  3. Add Raspberry Layer: Puree the frozen raspberries until smooth and pour over the kiwi layer in the moulds. Freeze again for 1 hour until set.
  4. Add Blackberry Layer: Blend the frozen blackberries until smooth and pour over the raspberry layer. Freeze this final layer for 1 hour until set.
  5. Finish and Store: Cover the moulds and freeze the lollies overnight to fully set. To serve, run the moulds under warm water briefly to loosen the lollies. These fruit lollies can be stored in the freezer for up to two months.
